Biography

Aver is native Texan who travels with her husband, Mike, as a full-time Gospel Music Evangelist.  After many years of abuse, addictions, and severe depression, Aver accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior in 1979.   It wasn't until approximately 1989 that she began to emotionally heal and realize that God had a calling for her to share what Jesus had done in her life.   She began singing in the choir, then branching out to local venues on occasions.   After several years of preparation, God began to take Aver to another level of ministry where she would share her personal testimony as a means to encourage the believer, as well as lead the lost to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.   Through the years, God has opened many doors of opportunity to share the Gospel in song, Word, and personal testimony.   Those opportunities spread from coast to coast, as well as Mexico and Europe.

As a Lamon Recording Artist, Aver's music receives radio airplay around the world.   She has many awards and nominations to her credit, with the latest being a 2007 Dove Award Nominee.   She has made numerous appearances on TBN, Daystar, Gospel Music Television, and various cable stations across the country.   Aver gives God the Glory for all He has done in her life and will always consider herself an humble servant saved by Grace who is willing to be used as the Lord leads.
